I heard Wolves Like Us debut album Late Love when it came out last year, and I thought it was alright. A solid album, but nothing spectacular, nothing that stuck.
Then recently I revisited it on a whim, and now it's ridiculous how I can't get enough of it. Extra ridiculous that it's just the kind of post hardcore alternative rock thing I purposely avoided like the plague back in the 90s when I was too busy listening to Entombed.
It is, without exaggerating, the only thing I've listened to for at least two weeks. A masterpiece.
