Yeah, System Of A Down will reunite next year and I can't say I give a shit. They've sucked ass since Toxicity (2001) anyway. I of course blame it all on guitarist/douche Daron Malalakiakaiaailkikan who decided he should be the frontman, singer and main songwriter. Know your place, douche.
If you compiled the good tracks from Steal This Album (2002), Mezmerize (2005) and Hypnotize (2005) you might get enough material for one good album - maybe. The artwork was hella nice on the latter two though, I'll give 'em that.
Here's one track each from the five demo tapes they recorded before releasing their self-titled debut in 1998. Still the best album they will ever make.
(mp3) SOAD - Pig (1995)
(mp3) SOAD - Suite-pee (1996)
(mp3) SOAD - Temper (1996)
(mp3) SOAD - War (1997)
(mp3) SOAD - Marmalade (1997)

I have to agree on that. But I wouldn't include "Steal...".
Well the way I counted was five good songs off Steal This Album, three from Mezmerize and two from Hypnotize.
A nice and tight ten track album with no fillers. :)
Best headline ever.
Why does everyone always blame the douche?
Much agreed though, and I even think Toxicity was a step down. Not because of the popularity, just at a certain point they became full-on American modern rock, which fuck all if that's worth anything.
Serj at least produced an album for Buckethead. That's worth something for continued contribution to the awesomeness of mankind.
Hahaha! Nice one. I didn't listen to system of a down for Daron to try and front the front man. Should have kept his thoughts of mutiny to himself.
