Although the ridiculousness of Halloween has caught on even over there in Sweden, Easter has always been our big candy-grubbing holiday.
According to old Swedish folklore, Maundy Thursday was the day when all the witches around the land got on their brooms and flew off to this remote location to get sodomized by Satan for a few days. To celebrate this wonderful phenomenon little boys and girls dress up as witches and go door to door asking for candy.
We're a weird country. I'm sorry.

Wait a minute. What country are you in David? And where are you from? Just for global reference to all your references.
Cheers.
Pissed (in the good way).
